Thanks for sharing Richard. I did see that which is great news. Also great that the "Government will soon consult on an economy-wide review into the use of land covenants." Not only does this make it harder for new businesses to enter the market but it is being used to recreate minimum parking requirements by developers in Queenstown which will make it more difficult for multi-unit housing to be built.
